Boards are stored in locked racks, cages, or containers secured with IglooHome smart locks. Customers receive a time-limited code that expires when their rental ends.

How are returns verified?

Customers confirm their return online and upload photos showing the board is back in its storage location. Late return alerts notify you if anything is overdue.
